ToiletKoi helps people discover possible toilet facilities. A listing is not a guarantee of current opening hours, cleanliness, safety, wheelchair access or unrestricted admission.
2. Respect facility access
Observe signs, staff instructions and local laws. Do not enter private, customer-only, ticketed or restricted places without permission. ToiletKoi is not an emergency service.
3. Contributions
Submit accurate, lawful and relevant information. Do not submit false locations, impersonate authorities, upload private documents or photograph people in sensitive settings. Contributions may be reviewed, rejected or removed to protect accuracy and safety.
4. Rights and sources
Only provide material you are permitted to share. Mapping and research-source information may have separate attribution and licensing conditions. A contribution does not make a user a field inspector or a certified sanitation authority.
5. Availability and changes
Service availability depends on networks, hosting, maps and database systems. We may correct or remove information following review. Consumer rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by law are not limited by this draft.

১. তথ্যভিত্তিক সেবা
টয়লেট কই? সম্ভাব্য শৌচাগার খুঁজতে সহায়তা করে। তালিকায় নাম থাকা মানেই এই মুহূর্তে খোলা, পরিষ্কার, নিরাপদ, হুইলচেয়ার উপযোগী বা সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত—এমন নিশ্চয়তা নয়।
২. প্রবেশের নিয়ম মেনে চলুন

সঠিক, আইনসম্মত ও প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য দিন। ভুয়া অবস্থান, কর্তৃপক্ষের পরিচয়ে বিভ্রান্তি, ব্যক্তিগত দলিল বা সংবেদনশীল স্থানে মানুষের ছবি দেবেন না। নিরাপত্তা ও নির্ভুলতার জন্য অবদান পর্যালোচনা, প্রত্যাখ্যান বা অপসারণ করা যেতে পারে।
৪. তথ্যের অধিকার ও উৎস
শুধু সেই তথ্য বা ছবি দিন যা শেয়ার করার অধিকার আপনার আছে। মানচিত্র ও গবেষণার উৎসের আলাদা লাইসেন্স বা স্বীকৃতির শর্ত থাকতে পারে। তথ্য দিলে কেউ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে পরিদর্শক হয়ে যান না।
৫. সেবা ও পরিবর্তন
ইন্টারনেট, হোস্টিং, মানচিত্র বা ডেটাবেসের কারণে সেবা ব্যাহত হতে পারে। পর্যালোচনার ভিত্তিতে তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা অপসারণ করা যেতে পারে। আইনে স্বীকৃত অনিবার্য অধিকার এই খসড়া দ্বারা সীমিত নয়।
