What you may request
If you have signed in or contributed identifiable information, you should be able to ask to delete your account and associated personal records. An account request should not require sending your password or government identity documents in an ordinary email.
Expected process
- Use the authenticated in-app account deletion option once available, or the official externally accessible deletion request channel after the operator publishes it here.
- Verify ownership using a secure process.
- Receive a record of the request and an explanation of applicable retention exceptions.
- The operator deletes eligible authentication and personal contribution data with an audited server-side workflow.
What may remain?
Independently supported public facts about facilities may remain without attaching your personal identity. Records required for legal obligations or abuse prevention may need limited retention. Exact categories and periods must be verified and published.
Not the same as signing out
Signing out or uninstalling ToiletKoi does not delete an account. The external request contact, handling timeline and tested in-app deletion action remain release blockers.
কী মুছে ফেলার আবেদন করা যাবে?
সাইন-ইন বা পরিচয়যুক্ত অবদান থাকলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার আবেদন করার সুযোগ থাকা উচিত। সাধারণ আবেদনে পাসওয়ার্ড বা জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের ছবি পাঠাতে হবে না।
প্রত্যাশিত প্রক্রিয়া
- চালু হলে অ্যাপের নিরাপদ অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করুন; অথবা এখানে প্রকাশিত অনুমোদিত যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে আবেদন করুন।
- নিরাপদভাবে অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিকানা নিশ্চিত করুন।
- আবেদনের রসিদ এবং আইনগত সংরক্ষণের ব্যতিক্রম সম্পর্কে তথ্য পান।
- অনুমোদিত সার্ভার-প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে উপযুক্ত অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়।
কোন তথ্য থেকে যেতে পারে?
ব্যক্তির পরিচয় বাদ দিয়ে স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাইকৃত শৌচাগার-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা বা অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধে কিছু তথ্য সীমিত সময় রাখা লাগতে পারে। প্রকৃত সময়সীমা প্রকাশের আগে যাচাই জরুরি।
লগআউট মানে মুছে ফেলা নয়
লগআউট বা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে যায় না। অনুমোদিত যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম, সময়সীমা এবং কাজ করা ইন-অ্যাপ অপশন ছাড়া এই প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ নয়।
