1. Who operates ToiletKoi?
ToiletKoi is operated by Somogro Bangladesh and developed by BINFO Communication. The exact registered legal entity, designated privacy contact and data-retention schedule require publisher confirmation before release of this policy.
2. Information involved
- Location: with permission, your approximate device position is used to find nearby toilets. Map and search requests may transmit location coordinates to service providers; you may search an area manually instead.
- Sign-in: if you use Google sign-in, authentication can provide a user ID, display name, email and profile photo.
- Contributions: suggestions, correction details, reports and review timestamps can be stored together with a contributor identifier.
- Device and service data: Firebase, Maps, hosting and abuse-protection providers may process technical identifiers and network logs for service operation and security.
- Photographs: photo evidence must not be described as uploaded or retained until the secured upload workflow is implemented and audited.
3. Purposes and sharing
Data is processed to operate geographic discovery, authenticate contributors, moderate submitted information and secure the service. Public facility information can appear in listings after review; private reporter details should not be disclosed in public records. Service providers may process data under their own terms.
4. Choices and permissions
Location permission is optional. You can deny it and use manual search. Signing in should be required only for authenticated contribution and account features, not basic discovery.
5. Security, retention and rights
Database rules and server-side authorization are intended to restrict private records. ৪. অনুমতি ও পছন্দ
