ToiletKoi works best when contributions are factual, specific and respectful.
- Describe what you actually know. Provide an observation date or reliable source when possible. Mark uncertain fees, access and amenities as unknown.
- Locate the correct entrance. The building centre is not necessarily the toilet entrance. Include floor, gate and accessible route when supported.
- Protect privacy. Do not submit photographs of occupants, children, private documents or the interior of occupied cubicles.
- Respect restrictions. Customer-only and permission-required toilets must not be advertised as freely public.
- Avoid abuse. No fabricated reports, harassment, personal-data exposure, spam or impersonation of government agencies.
Review before publication
Suggestions and corrections may be checked against sources and existing facility data. An accepted contribution is not proof of physical inspection. Report handling and status updates depend on the available moderation system.

- সঠিক প্রবেশপথ দেখান। ভবনের মাঝখান ও টয়লেটের দরজা এক নয়। প্রমাণ থাকলে তলা, গেট এবং প্রবেশের নির্দেশনা দিন।
- গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করুন। ব্যবহারকারী, শিশু, ব্যক্তিগত দলিল বা ব্যবহৃত কিউবিকলের ভেতরের ছবি জমা দেবেন না।
- প্রবেশের শর্ত মানুন। গ্রাহক-নির্দিষ্ট বা অনুমতিসাপেক্ষ টয়লেটকে সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত বলে দেখাবেন না।
- অপব্যবহার নয়। ভুয়া রিপোর্ট, হয়রানি, ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ, স্প্যাম বা সরকারি পরিচয়ের অনুকরণ নিষিদ্ধ।
